Monday night's speaker will be Rev. Harry Neuman who will talk about the Richland settlement in Cartwright Township, Sangamon County. This area is now known as Pleasant Plains. Our meetings are open to the public and start at 7:00 pm in Springfield's Public Library in the Carnigee Room south. We are now open on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 to 9:00 pm, donations towards the maintenance of the utilities and building are always welcome. The address is 2856 South 11th Street, Springfield (about three blocks north of Stevenson Drive and about the same south of Bunn Park). We are on the corner of Knox and 11th Streets. Please park in the North parking lot.
