There are five RW veterans buried in Logan County according to the DAR. There is one in Atlanta whose name escapes me. There is John Downing at Bowers-Templeman, Abraham Lucas and Humphrey Scroggin at Steenbergen - all ancestors which is why I remember them. I believe the fifth one is James Turley. Certainly he qualifies. Can someone help me? Cheryl

The 5th RW veteran, who lived in in Logan Co., is William Patterson, father of Moses Patterson, who was my 4th great grandfather. I have a copy of this application for his RW pension.
