Scroggin, born ca 1862 as well as their parents James Franklin and Sarah J. (Phillips) Scroggin who were married May 1857 Logan Co. IL. Sarah J. Phillips, born ca 1841 was the daughter of Willis H. and Matilda Phillips. James died 1 Apr 1864, Elkhart, Logan Co. IL and is buried in the Carlyle Cemetery. Sarah married second, 19 Sept 1866, Logan Co. IL Peter Moore and had children: Clarence H., Flora, William, Ettie, Ed and Elmer Moore. Would be happy to share files.
