Hi, I'm looking for any information about Ancel C Roberts and his ancestors. He is my ggrandfather. He lived in Chatsworth, IL. Most of my info was obtained form various census records from 1860 & 1880. One of the census states he was born in England but another says IL. I have been able to trace back to him but can't get any further. He married Mary Ann Green Sept 20,1838 in Pike Co. I have one descendant from Ancel and Mary Ann: Francis Marion Roberts (1841-1914) he married Emma A Titus , from born in NY(1849-1918). Their children were: Ancel C. b.1867, Julia T. b.1868, Francis M. b. 1870, Edson Stickney b. 1871 (my grandfather), Albert Mineraly b. 1874 & May b. 1877. I'd be grateful for any information.
