Check with IRAD they have the death records for up to 1914 in ILL and it's alot cheaper if they have it . IRAD in Normal , ILL 309-452-6027 you can also request marriage , Death , Birth depending on the county and the dates . Each IRAD charges different no more than a $1.00 for 5 copies .
