Would anyone know where the German Evangelical Church for the Livingstons and La Salle County area would have been located? Would anyone know where the church records would be located? I believe the church would still have been in operation in 1885. Thanks for any help.

Look for a church called Reformed Evangelical or Dutch Reformed. I think some of the Reformed churches were formed by people who moved from Pekin and Golden. That's where the earliest Ostfriesens settled. In Pekin which is in Tazwell County the church to look at is the Second Reformed Church. I can't find the address right now.
