It depends on what county you are looking for IRAD is broke up in to different regions and some counties sent there records to IRAD is for Here is the Url http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/departments/archives/irad/iradregn.html if you are in Livingston you will go to ISU for those counties and you can call them also they will tell you what they have . It would be nice if all the counties sent them their records . It depended on the county what they sent IRAD if they don;t have it they will tell you where to go .
