Susan. I have a Miller family which resided in Livingston, Ill. My g-grandfather was Charles John Miller married to an Mary Emeline Kline. I know this is not your direct family but thought maybe he is a brother to your Miller. I have been told his fathers name was William and his mother was Mary. On the census records Charles lists his birthplace as Pa., but he married in Ill and he had 8 children born in Ill before moving on to Neb. Does any of this sound familiar to you.
