    3. I use the mail lists for genealogy purposes. In my humble opinion, filling up the mail lists of this and other lists with these messages is inappropriate and a waste of time. I receive approx. 50 emails per day and don't want to mess with this type of email. And besides that, I don't need this type of "information" to "assist" me in making a decision of whom I will vote for....I'm quite capable of making the decision on my own in much more intellectual and factual ways. I did not read this information below after getting to the first "FICTION", and just because you sent it to me makes me feel more likely to vote FOR Mr. Gore, just for spite! And besides that, I don't need this type of "information" to "assist" me in making a decision of whom I will vote for....I'm quite capable of making the decision on my own in much more intellectual and factual ways. I did not read this information below after getting to the first "FICTION" after realizing what it was, and just because you sent it makes me feel more likely to vote FOR Mr. Gore, just for spite! 1. [ILLIVING] Williams in Indian Grove Township
    2. Myra Best Christeck
    3. Hi. I am looking for information on a John D. Williams and his son, John E. Williams. Both are listed as living in Livingston County, Indian Grove, in the 1870 Illinois Census. I know very little about John D., but John E. was born in Illinois in May of 1861. Possibly his mother was Mary E. Williams. John E. married in Greene County in 1882 to Sarah Anna Margaret Clifford of Alton, Jersey, IL. They had six children: Frederick (possibly named John Frederick) born 1880 in IL; Mary Ebbert ("Ebby") Williams Vice born 1882 in IL; Charles Elden Williams born 1883 in Audrain County, MO; Florence Valretta Williams Best born 1886 in Audrain County, MO; Frances Williams born 1893 in IL; and Sarah Williams Fulford, then Meyer, born 1894 in IL. John E. was a coal miner and later a coal mine inspector. Places he lived include (but are not limited to) Mexico, Audrain, MO; Danville, Vermilion, IL; Worden, Madison, IL. Sometime after 1905, John divorced Sarah and remarried. However, all that is known about his second wife at this time is that she was the widow of a minister. If any of this sounds familiar, I would greatly appreciated contact with you. It has taken me four years to get just this much information. Sincerely, Myra Ann
