Ann, Jennie and/or Sada NUGENT are not listed in the 1860 OR 1870 census of LaSalle County, unless they are under the surname of the relatives. 1870 there is an Ann NUGENT, age 71, living "with daughter" Rebecca BRETT, age 43, and children Thomas, Mary, Catharine, John; no husband. City of Ottawa, house 529-497. There is a P. NUGENT, 28, produce dealer living in boarding house of Alvina BARNEY, City of Ottawa, house #580-548. In Vol 1, 1880 census, the ONLY NUGENT is again Patrick, 35, blacksmith, this time with wife Mary, kids Minnie, Frank and Martin. There are no other NUGENTs listed in Vol 1.
