Looking for JONES family members who may still be in the Streator, Lasalle Co., IL area. Believe "Uncle Jimmy" Jones was in Streator prior to 1890. He was a coal miner and entrepreneur. He returned to "old haunts" in Allegany Co., MD abt 1895 to purchased and charter a silver/lead mining operation in Hmapshire Co., WV. Shareholders were persons named Hillier and Price with family in Lasalle Co., a Daniel Williams in Ocean Mines, MD and a Charles W. Busch of NY state. Know that the Hillier, Price and Busch families are inter-related. Daniel Williams was originally from Wales as may have been the Hilliers. Would like to connect these people with two other families from the Streator area - NELSON and WOLF(E). James W.
