Bill: I, too, had McCloskey in LaSalle Cty but she (Mary) was married to John Graham. They married in Cty Sligo, Ireland (Scot-Irish they were). They emigrated in 1857 and went to Shoemaker, Pa until 1873 when they went to Streator, IL ("Where the Irish relatives were"). John and Mary died in Decatur, Mason Cty, IL. Their daughter, Annie b 1855 in Governshire Scotland (they emigrated from Scotland though born in Ireland) married my Ggrandfather in Lasalle Cty, IL. His name was Robert Garrett Ferriter/Farritor. Her sister, Alice, married a Costello.
