I would like to share records with anyone interested in these families of Utica. Sylvester Waters and wife Julia Lynch came from Fulton County, sometime between the 1950 and 60 census and raised a large family in Utica. Sylvester was a farmer in Fulton, but I suspect he had some other occupation in Utica. They were members of St Mary's Catholic Church. Kate
