Hello: My Richmond family (Josiah and Amy) moved to Lasalle County from West Virginia ca. 1870. I think his father and mother (John and Isabella) wound up there too, but did not seem to live with Josiah. Haven't checked census for daughter Annie Richmond Woodburn and husband Darwin Woodburn. Anyway have been unable to find the senior Richmonds in IL census because (if I am correct) that census only listed folks with small children living in the household. I think mother (Isabella Richmond) may have died there. Does anyone have a death index for Lasalle County? Appreciate any advice. Thanks, Maureen
