Greetings Steve, I can check these names for you, but it will probably be about 3 weeks from now before I do so. I'll go to the National Archives and add these names to my list of items to check. Question: If I find them, do you want just the information, or large-format copies of the page(s)? The Archives charges $1.75 per copy. Let me know what you prefer, and I'll contact you after my visit. By the way, I checked an 1877 volume titled "Past and Present of LaSalle County" and found both John and Henry GAFF listed, living in Bruce Township (that is Streator), both listed as miners. In case you are wondering, Otter Creek Township lies immediately east of Streator. Hope to hear from you soon, Lynn ---------- >From: SSpeak999@aol.com >To: ILLASALL-L@rootsweb.com >Subject: [ILLASALL-L] Prairie Farmer >Date: Wed, May 12, 1999, 8:49 AM > > Can anyone look up the 1900, 1910 and 1920 censuses for Otter Creek Township > and Streator City for two Gaff families.
