Steve, Alfred Gaff would be the name. Streator R6 is the post office address. Otter Creek, Sec11, is the location- Section 11 of Otter Creek Township, La Salle County. T120a means he is the tenant on 120 acres. Mrs. H. Gaff is the landowner. (1902) means he has been a resident of La Salle County since 1902. The 1880 census shows a Henry Gaff and family living in Otter Creek township. Mrs. H. is probably Henry's wife Rachel. Unsure of the relation to Alfred.
