Kate, Have you checked the new Ancestral File Web Page that just came on line? Go to www.familysearch.org and do a search on Sylvester Waters. Katharine E. Owens (is that you?) has submitted a lot of information on the WATERS families. Martin Waters (son of Sylvester) married Ida Luella Liles (my great-grandaunt). I have done extensive research on the LILES family as that is my mother's maiden name. I am back to Abraham Crack Liles b. 1808 in England, settled in New York circa 1853. His Son, John Crack Liles b. 1832 in England came to Illinois circa 1855 and Ida is his daughter. Let me know what your interest would be in the LILES line.
