Not sure where you are located but I have referenced that book myself at the Dallas Public Library in Dallas, TX. I believe I have also seen it available on microfilm so you might want to check someone like University Microfilms. I checked the FHL Catalog online from Salt Lake. They list the book, but not a filmed version of it. Check with your local library and see if it may be available through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
