I am searching my MIDDLETON genealogy. I have had this confounded block since I began. My grandfather's name was James Orville Middleton. He was born Mendota, IL (LaSalle county) in 1924. I am needed to find out what his fathers name so I can research my family history. James had a brother named Joy (possiably born in 1918) and he had a sister Kathy and another sister Doris. His mother's name was Mae if I am not mistaken and later she became Mae Petit(not sure is that was her maiden name or if she remarried). If any of this information sounds familiar PLEASE email me back. BTW James Orville Middleton married Mary Cushing sometime in the forties. They also had a child-James Patrick Middleton(my father) and also got a divorce in the forties( they were busy during those forties I tell ya) Anyway if any of this sounds familiar or if they have an easy way to look it up in LaSalle County records I WOULD SOOOOOO MUCH APPRECIATE it.
