Hi Joanie, Yes, Jasper P Dicus married Sarah Mowbray, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret. I posted a query last summer on the Mowbray's and got some information back. Jasper is the son of George W. and Hannah Dicus of Wenona. Jasper is my great grandfather. Thank you for the information though.
