Greetings from Streator, Sorry, I don't have your Ellen or Berdinius Goodmanson. But, did find a Dr. J. S. Goodmonson(sp) on the 1901 Streator obituary list, he was previously of Princeton. Buried in St. Mary's Cemetery in Streator are Albert B. Bert Goodmanson (1866 - 1903)and his wife, Nancy Swartz? (1867 - 1928). There is a Mrs. Nancy Goodmanson listed as a sister in Mrs. Ralph Mackey's obituary. Joanie > > I am looking for information on Ellen GUNDERSON GOODMANSON and Berdinius? GOODMANSON. They came from Norway in the early 1890's and stayed with friends in LaSalle County for 4 years. I'm not sure if that is the spelling they used for GOODMANSON,and I don't know when the current spelling came about. They ended up in Benton County Iowa where he died and she married John L. Johnson. Anyone know anything of these people? > > ============================== > To join Ancestry.com and access our 1.2 billion online genealogy records, go to: > http://www.ancestry.com/rd/redir.asp?targetid=571&sourceid=1237
There may be a connection somewhere. I am at a standstill with Ellen and Berdinius. Actually with all of the Goodmanson line. Thanks for the information.
