Hello, Listers - I am planning a research trip to LaSalle, hopefully in May, and am hoping some kind lister will have some advice that will help me make the most of this opportunity. Questions: 1. Would it be beneficial (in terms of research/access to records) to join the LaSalle County Genealogy Guild? 2. Are there any facilities in LaSalle Twp. that I should know about? My mother, aunt and uncle will be accompanying me, and I know they will want to spend considerable time in LaSalle Twp., as that is where their ancestors lived. 3. Can someone recommend accommodations located between Ottawa & LaSalle Twp? 4. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions that might be helpful? Thank you for any and all help!
