Solon of Eagle Township Died Last Night at Her Residence, Five Miles West of City--Was 86 Years of Age---Funeral at Church of Annunciation---Interment in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Mary A. Solon of Eagle Township died last night from the infirmities of old age, having reached her 86th year. She became a widow 50 years ago. There are two children who survive her, James P. Solon of Eagle, and Mrs. Mary J. Prendergast, residing on East Kent street, this city, and eight grandchildren---Leonard P., and Anthony A. Solon, of this city, and Bartholomew, John, Mary, Anna, Ada, and Josephine Solon of Eagle township. Funeral Services Monday. The funeral services will be held at the Church of the Annunciation i Eagle township at 9 o'clock Monday morning, where high mass will be solemnized by Rev. Father M. J. Egan, assisted by Father Walsh of this city and Father O'Brien of Eagle. The remains will be interred at Lostland's cemetery. Note: She has a tombstone at Lostland's. She is buried with M. B. Prendergast, died Dec. 6, 1895, aged 77 years. Also Dillon E. 1907 - 1977. Her son, James P. is list in the 1850 census, daughter, Mary is not. Neither was her husband.
