    3. REF: ILLASALL-D Digest Volume 03 : Issue 49 > Follow-up to SharonCL message on 1930 census to Zack. If you're having trouble decoding the entry headings you might go to URL: <http://www.genealogy.com/00000061.html?Welcome=1051577940> which provides the 1930 format in a printable form for transcription. It also makes it easier to ask questions about entries by referring to row and column numbers. As a side note, for future census image recovery and source citation purposes, I've found it beneficial to provide the info in the heading of each census page. Hope this helps Vern D No connection to family. === message truncated === ________________ > ATTACHMENT part 7 message/rfc822 > Date: Sun, 27 Apr 2003 21:31:12 -0400 > From: "Hank L" <[email protected]> > To: [email protected] > Subject: [ILLASALLE] reply to Redeen family with > Census > > Greetings Zack, > I have spent a few minutes and gather info > from the 1930 census about Charles A Redeen and his > family and learned how to read censuses and work > that imaging.
