You've probably given this information several times, but as an off and on subscriber, I'm uncertain. Is ILLASALL-list archived ? I'm researching the families of brothers John and Michael FERRITER who were residents of Ottawa in 1870. Some of the family are also mentionned as residents of Ottawa in the 1877 History of LaSalle Co. It appears, however, that John and most of his children may have left Ottawa before 1877. Would greatly appreciate it if someone would check the 1880 Ottawa census for any Ferriters living in Ottawa in 1880. Michael Ferriter appears to have died in Ottawa sometime after 1900. His wife Catherine died sometime previously. Does the Ottawa Historical Society have cemetery records that might provide their exact dates of death ? What other sorts of (ca. 1870-1910) records does the Ottawa Historical Society have that might provide additional info on these families ? Finally can anyone tell me the name and address of the Catholic Church in Ottawa with which Father Terry was affiliated ca. 1875 ? Joanne in Maine
