    3. Tim; Thanks for your help, very much appreciated. I actually have tried to get the book through my library options but to no avail. My only other option has been the FHL in SLC, but I can not justify a 300 mile trip at this time, so I will patiently wait until opportunity presents itself. Of course the research material I am working from does not offer anything but the reference, no substance. Such is the rough luck at times.
