    3. Dear S. Martin I found James, Jane and Jennie (adopted) Farrell in the 1870 census in LaSalle. I found 20 year old Jane in the 1880 census in LaSalle. She was a servant living with the Charles Madden family. I found 30 year old Patrick Farrell in LaSalle on the 1880 census, he was listed as a glass blower. There were many more Farrells listed in LaSalle but none that had name fits. I suppose these could be children of the person you are looking for. I hope this helps. I have to go now but I will get back to you about the McGuire name. 3. I have found the name Farrell and McGuire in the book "Ottawa Old and New", although not Jane and William. the St. Patrick's Catholic Church, looks like it included West Ottawa and the township of Ottawa, west of the city limits-this is from a description given in the book. The Pastor was Rev. M. A. Quirk. If you would like more information on the listings in the book for Farrell and McGuire let me know, they include Farrell: Alice W. (Ebersol), James, Mrs. James, John F. Maggie, Mrs. Mary, Thomas, Timothy and Zaccheus. McGuire: Charles W., Edith Jordan (Holland), and Maria (Morrissey?) sue@kaiconsulting.com > -----Original Message----- > From: DSLTM@aol.com [mailto:DSLTM@aol.com] > Sent: Thursday, March 25, 1999 11:23 AM > To: ILLASALL-L@rootsweb.com > Subject: [ILLASALL-L] Re: ILLASALL-D Digest V99 #50 > > > Hi > I am looking for WILLIAM MCGUIRE or any of his family who would > have been in > the > LaSalle area in 1860. > Also I am looking for a JANE FARRELL for the same time period in > the LaSalle > area. > They were married at St.Patrick Catholic Church in LaSalle. > Their children were born in the 1860s at LaSalle also. > The children were: Margaret > Patrick > Ellen > If anyone has them on a census I would like to hear from you. > Thankyou > S.Martin > > > ==== ILLASALL Mailing List ==== > List problems?
