There was a Dietmeyer family that lived in Waukegan, IL on North Butrick Street between Brookside Ave. and Grand Ave. My father (born 1904) grew up in that area and I remember him talking about them. I remember meeting them and playing with their daughter, probably in the late 1940s or early 1950s. Sorry, I don't have any more information for you.
