Unfortunately, the first few lines of the article are gone (from the microfilm - looks like they might have been rubbed away). Here is the text of the article: MRS. C. WRIGHT TAKEN BY DEATH; ILL TWO WEEKS Passes Away at Victory Memorial Hospital After Severe Sickness XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.... at 9:30 o'clock Monday morning at Victory memorial hospital, where she had been ill since Sept. 22. Mrs. Wright, a member of a well known family, had been near death for several days, and little hope was held for her recovery. The cause of death was kidney trouble and complications. Specialists from Chicago were called to attend her, but all efforts were unavailing. Aside from her husband, she is survived by a child, Lucille, age 2, and her father, Henry Edwards, and four brothers and a sister, all well known. They are: Russell Edwards, realtor, Circuit Judge C. C. Edwards; John Edwards, Lowe avenue, and Mrs. H. C. Coulson. Mrs. Wright was reared in Waukegan. She was a graduate of the High School class of 1907. Mrs. Wright was born in Avon and moved to Waukegan with her family when a young girl. She was married to Mr. Wright three years ago. ************************************************************************ Since the article states she was born in Avon, I looked in the Avon Cemetery Transcriptions and found the following: AVON CENTRE CEMETERY Lot 104 WRIGHT, Cosie E.
