Hi all, I have been researching a member of my husbands' family without much luck. His name was FRED BELLOWS and he was an alderman in the 5th ward in Waukegan in 1904 thru 1908. Does anyone know where I might dig for information on the aldermen back then? Also I did find his name in a directory from Lake County and it gave his residence as MORROW FLATS, no # or anything else. Does anyone out there have any idea where that may have been? In addition to the Morrow Flats, the directory said he was an agt.-VAL- BLATZ BRG. CO. I sure would appreciate any help anyone can give me. Thanks, Donna
