Hi Robin, We corresponded a bit a while back. I am going to try to look at the cemeteries in Wauconda area again. I have wandered around some, but there is never anyone there to ask and never seem to catch the historical society when it is open. But, I am going to give it another try. I also plan to look newspapers of the time for Wauconda. Does anyone know if the Wauconda Historical Society has any regular hours? Does anyone know if they or some other source has copies of the Independent Register from the turn of the century and before, or other newspapers that covered Lake County for that time?
