    3. I am looking for naturalization records of emigrants who emigrated to Fremont Center in 1848, and voted as citizens in 1868. Where can I go for pre-1872 records? The Northern Illinois IRAD District is in DeKalb, but the don't have it. Who should I contact at Northwestern? 3. Go to Illinois Regional Archives on the Illinois State site. They will list all the names and addresses you are looking for.
