They have the interment records for several of the Catholic Cemetaries in the Archdiocese of Chicago. That will include St. Mary's. There is also Oakwood Cemetary right next door to St. Mary's and North Shore Garden Of Memories also in Waukegan. You can call or write to North Shore Garden of Memories. If you haven't done so, check the LDS for films. Many of the cemetary records have been filmed. There are MANY cemetaries in Lake County. If you have a date of death you can request an obituary from the Waukegan Public Library. That will give the location of their burial. They have a web page where you can make your request.
