She was unable to find a file for my family member and she suggested I write to Woodmen of the World/Omaha Woodmen Life Insurance Society at 1700 Farnam Street, Omaha, NE 68102 or Woodmen of the World/Assured Life Association at PO Box 266000, Highlands Ranch, CO 80163-6000. She said both of these fraternal benefit societies spun off of Modern Woodmen following a leadership dispute in 1890. I wrote to both of the above just yesterday so of course I haven't heard back.
