Hi Brenda I have put in 2 hr. in the library and 1 hr. in the the lake co. info lib. and didn`t find charle as a man but found a child by that name in the 1880 co. census.Mother name was Barbara she was 61 in 1880 Charle was 17 then he had Christina 31 f Joseph 25 m. Cathine 19 f Charles 17 m Jacob m 14 in 1880. No obits in the paper but looking at it slower this time they didn`t have many obits only if you were somebody.Also looked up two other Koller one was Martin 28 m wife Ada 20 w. and a H J Koller in 1900 census six f. and three m.and wife Mary 38 he is 45. Hi Ray, Thank you so much for taking the time for me. I am aware of the Koller names that you saw. The 17 year old Charles would have been the right one. He was the one that later married my Caroline Johnson. H.J. Koller (brother of Charles) married a sister to my g.grandmother. I had also found These people in the 1880 census for Lake County as well as the 1900 census, although by that time Charles Koller was deceased. If you were able to photocopy that article re the Modern Woodmen of America re the office refurbishing that you mentioned before, I would sure love a copy or to atleast learn what it says if it's not too much trouble. -Brenda G.
