That is were the Lake County Gen. Soc is located. They have books of all the cemeteries in Lake county transcribed. Also you can check with the Waukegan Public Library. They might have some local information for you. In Illinois they did not require birth, deaths to be required till 1916. Before then it was a hit and a miss. I would suggest to contact them. Perhaps they can help find or suggest a chuch to contact for death records. I think she might be at the union cemetery in Waukegan. For on line research : The state has a State Archives web site that lists marriage records up to 1900.
