Author: fresnojim Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.illinois.counties.lake/3388.1.1.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Hi Connie, thanks again. A paper copy of the obits would be so nice to have. I'm working on getting into the Mayflower Society here in Fresno and with all the ancestors, some there in Illinois and most of the other lines in Maine, it does make it a little hard to find all that one needs. I'm getting there. I think in the Lakeside cemetery are my Gleason and Adams lines. I do have photos of their grave markers. Those 2 lines I have the info. It's the proof that George Washington Myrick was indeed born on 22 Aug 1818 in Unity, Maine. So many sites (LDS, Ancestry, and so on) say he was born then. Nothing in Unity's Vital Records..the first 8 children of Isaac Myrick are listed but not the last 3. I do have various census. 3. Which Gleason line are you working on? My Gleason family descends from Amasa. He and several sons came from NY to Lake County. I have them back to 1600's. ----- Original Message ----- From: <gc-gateway@rootsweb.com> To: <ILLAKE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Sunday, March 04, 2007 5:14 PM Subject: Re: [ILLAKE] Gravesite Photo Request > This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. > > Author: fresnojim > Surnames: > Classification: queries > > Message Board URL: > > http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.illinois.counties.lake/3388.1.1.1.1/mb.ashx > > Message Board Post: > > Hi Connie, thanks again.
