Can anyone tell me more about David S. Aldrich who bought land in Lake Co in 1848. He was from Wayne Co., NY. His land was in Township 43-N N1/2 SE 9 and 43-N SWSE 9. I believe he is a family member of my ancestor, George Aldrich, who lived in Lake Co during the same time. David Aldrich lived very close to my other ancestor, George Fish who lived on 43 N as well. All of these people were in Lake Co. between 1844 and 1850. I think 43N is Ela or Fremont Township.
