I just sent out the web site of the Waukegan Public Library. Just follow the directions and at "Online Reference" e-mail them your request. I never had to specify the name of a newspaper. If it was Waukegan it was probably the Waukegan-Sun. Don't forget an occassional donation to these resources would be greatly appreciated.
