Susie, I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's a city census. Source is 1900 Census Index for Waukegan Illinois: Enumeration District 142. McCanney owned a saloon at 107 S. Genesee St. (old numbering). Their residence was 137 N. Sheridan Road in 1919. The census is not available on line, but I believe the Waukegan Historical Society has a copy. -Brenda
