Bill, The SMITHs in my line are from Schuyler, Hancock counties in Illinois and Greenbrier in W.Va. The SMITHs in my husbands line are from Fulton county in Illinois. Prior to that they were in Canada, Michigan, Minnesota, and Kansas. The Knox County lines I am descended from include: WARD, RICHARD, SCOTT, TROTTER, STROM, GRIM, BERKSHIRE, DANIELS, and RUSSELL.
