The male and the date are correct and I suspect the first name on this female "Lance" is a misinterpetation of the spelling. And they came from PA. Amos & Leah Tanner had a daughter Mary, who married Harry C. Kessler 1888 in Knox Co. Harry Kessler was baptized in Fulton Co, PA.
