Last week someone was interested in the book KNOXVILLE THROUGH FIVE GENERATIONS. Today I purchased a used copy of the book in an antique store for $15.00. It is in good condition, but the previous owners(?) wrote their names on the first page. The names are Elizabeth J. Pitts and Dorothy J. Senders with the date June 19, 1981 written under Dorothy J. Senders name. I will gladly send this book to anyone for the price I paid plus postage. I have my own copy which I purchased when it was first published so I have no need of this book. Does it mention the McMURTRYs, BRUNERs, CANNONs or CHAMPIONs? These are all my ancestors. They were early settlers with the HENDERSONs and DAVISs. I would like to buy it if it mentions my family.
