Her father, Peter Augustus Johnson, was a blacksmith on the Mississippi. Her eldest brother lived north of Galesburg, Knox County. Peter A. was in the Civil War, from IL. He was born in Stockholm 1835 and lived to be 88. He homesteaded in OK. I would like to know about his sister, or other family who came with him - around 1845. He married Desire Roberts. Her father Stephen, had been a 49er. Her mother was a Clark, from England.
