Il Query Forum Reply Here: http://cgi.rootsweb.com/~genbbs/genbbs.cgi/USA/Il/Knox/734 Surname: Holkon, Kolkon ------------------------- I recently inherited several old photographs from my aunt.Among them was a photograph of a couple Mr.& Mrs.Henry Holkon or Kolkon So.Cedar St.Galesburg,Il.It appears to have been taken in the late 1920's There is a marking on the back the states it was developed at Illinois Camera Shop Galesburg.Does anyone have any idea who this folks might be.If there is a relative of their 's out there I would like them to have it.It seems that my Uncle,Herbert Carl Oertel spent a great deal of time in the Galesburg area in the late 1920's prior to his death in 1928 in Brighton,Macoupin Co. If anyone might be interested please contact me.
