    3. Jan Lund, I have looked at the DAVIS and EDWARDS data that I have (it's not a lot), but cannot find any connection with your Peter DAVIS (although I do see his name on the Knox Co. GenWeb site......I'm sure you have checked that often). The only EDWARDS in my line at present is Martha Edwards, b. approx. 1797 in England and came to the U.S. with her husband James DAVIS in the 1850's.
