    3. In case anyone is interested, I saw a copy of the 1886 Portrait and Biographical Album of Knox County for sale last week in a Galesburg antique store. It was at: Ziggy's Antique Corporation 674 East Main St. Galesburg, IL 61401 Phone: 309 / 342-9448 I don't remember the asking price, but it looked to be in pretty good condition. Bob Miller

    3. Happened to be at Ziggy's and he had gotten a couple of calls already, on this book. It is the HISTORY OF ILLINOIS AND KNOX COUNTY by Bateman, Selby, Gale and Gale, pub. 1899, though. At least that's the book I was shown and no other Knox Co. book is available at this time.
