I've "rescued" an old photograph of Rev. J.F. JAMISON which was taken at the Harrison Studio in Galesburg, Illinois. The photograph was likely taken in the 1880's with the Rev. appearing to be in his 20's at the time. The photograph was recovered in an album full of photographs of schoolmates some attending the Indiana State Normal School in Terre Haute, IN. A few photographs appear to be of students or teachers from a school in Galesburg, IL so I'm wondering if the original owner might have attended schools in both places. I'm hoping to locate someone from this JAMISON Family so that this wonderful old family treasure can be returned to the family. If you are a member of this family or know someone who might be, please contact me. Thanks, Shelley
I'm intrigued. Photos from a Galesburg school in the 1880's? Sandburg could be there. My grandfather or his sibs, FARRELLS, could be there. Can you put them on a web site for viewing? Any captions or writing on the back identifying these folks? Any help appreciated. Slainte, Tim Shelley Cardiel wrote: >I've "rescued" an old photograph of Rev. J.F.
