Samuel M. Lemoine married Alma Himes 30 Oct. 1866 in Stark County, IL. She the daughter of Ezra Himes and Maria Wright. I next find a marriage record for a Samuel M. Lemoine to Mrs. Esther C. Searson on 2 May 1894 in Knox County, IL. Need to find out if the two Samuel M. Lemoines are the same person. Marriage records are according to the Illinois Archives. If they are the same person, what happened to Alma Himes? Any help in getting this sorted out appreciated.
