    3. <How did you find out that Laura was buried in the Kightlinger Cemetery? (I would like to see if Jacob & Maria, or any other ancestors were).> That's what I get for getting careless with sources. I think I found it in a film at the local Family History Center for Knox County cemeteries and I think the Kightlinger cemetery was on that. I thought it was in my family genealogy but I see that that info is not. I need to learn to be more careful about sources. I believe the cemetery records are where I picked up the dates on Laura because they aren't in the family genealogy. What I failed to do is look at my family genealogy before I posted (don't have all data entered yet into my genealogy program). Ref: The Descendants of Nathaniel Hurlbutt, compiled by Edith H. Hurlbutt, private printing 1970. Here is the entry for Laura Hurlbutt on page 22: 73. LAURA HURLBUTT8 (Asa7, Nathaniel6, Nathaniel5, Gideon4, Thomas3, Thomas2, Thomas1) m. Llad Kightlinger, Elba, Ill. Children: 150. Ina, died in infancy 151. Harlan, raised by Sarah Griffin, his mother's sister. He married, had 2 or 3 children. He d. -- his family living in Missouri or Nebraska. That's all I have on that part of the family. I'm not researching Kightlinger but I like to have all the children of the generation which ties into my genealogy, if possible. Thanks for your input; it is appreciated.
